This is a 90-minute sound healing experience designed to support deep rest, release, and energetic alignment.

Each session features immersive soundscapes—using crystal singing bowls,Gongs chimes, and other meditative instruments—to guide you into a state of calm and clarity. Sessions are thoughtfully attuned to the lunar cycle, with energies shifting in harmony with the new and full moons.

Situated in the Langton Wellness Hub space BS4 , lots of parking in the carpark and local buses near by.

Whether you’re coming to let go, reset, or simply be still, this is your time to pause and reconnect with your own natural rhythm.

This class is ideal for anyone seeking to reconnect with their emotional body, release what no longer serves them, and create space for new beginnings in a soft, supported space.

Whether you’re new to meditation or an experienced practitioner, this offering is open to all who feel called.

Please bring:

– A blanket and cushion for support

– A journal or notebook if you want to note your experience

– Water bottle, mug, and anything that helps you feel safe and held
