Stone press reps in 90s ( one rep with heavier beats any reps lighter )

Event 2 Walking stones duckwalk medley timed ( both stones to be duckwalked 10m individually then walked back as a pair 10m

Event 3 Ringed stone front hold max time
men 18k women 12k

Event 4 Mathews stones 15m ( 2 blocks linked by 2.5 chain to be walked individually until both over 15m line no dragging
men 120k 100k women 67k 66k

Event 5
Mark Sherriffs Scottish Stones of Strength 9 stone to barrel of super slick tackyless atlas stones 30k to 140k timed

please note to qualify for British final you must be Scottish born or living in Scotland
