This is why we don't accept devices simply being dropped off for later collection: we are keen to involve you in the repair!Fixing slots are nominally for 30 minutes but times can vary and hence your booked time is a guide rather than a firm fixing slot. Tea, coffee, cakes and biscuits will be available while you wait, and a chance to chat with the hosts and other visitors.We make no charge for our services, but gratefully accept voluntary donations according to your means to pay.
