Mindful Clay Workshop

This workshop offers a calm, creative space to gently explore loss through the process of making a personalised grief jar.

The session invites participants to connect with their emotions through the grounding, tactile experience of working with clay.

The workshop will be led by Sarah Core, a British ceramic artist whose practice is rooted in the mindful and healing power of clay. Based at her studio at Home Farm in Elstree, Hertfordshire, Sarah creates a nurturing environment where creativity, emotional reflection, and quiet connection are at the heart of the experience.

In this supportive and mindful group setting, you'll be in the company of others also navigating their own experiences of loss. Through the act of creating together, the workshop fosters reflection, shared understanding, and a sense of belonging.

Whether you're newly grieving or carrying long-held loss, this session provides space to slow down, connect inward, and honour your story — one shape, one breath, one piece at a time.
