Beginning with a short grounding exercise, participants will work instinctively with colour, texture, and composition — focusing on process rather than perfection.Guests will leave with:A finished abstract piece of artworkA personal noting cardA relaxed and restorative creative experienceAbout the ArtistNatalia Millman is a St Albans–based visual artist and creative facilitator whose practice explores emotional and natural landscapes through intuitive, material-led processes.
