Spring Equinox - or Ostara - marks the transition from the dark half to the light half of the year...
During this time of growth, of fertility, of blossoming and blooming - what is it in us that needs holding with tenderness and gentleness and love.
In this ritual sauna, we will be tending gently and deeply to our Inner Maiden.
This is the part of our soul that represents our curiosity and our playfulness, our joy and our desire to grow.
And yet so often she was not fully met during our teenage years, and so she shrank and hid in order to protect herself.
In the sauna we will work with cycles of hot and cold, with sauna whisks to support the body, with drum and sound and song to carry us into connection with our most precious and tender parts, to bring these parts back into the light.
