Each month, we will explore creative ways to support our wellbeing and appreciate our own uniqueness. Celebrating both our chaos and what has brought us comfort for the month with a welcoming community of like-minded people.

This month, we will be diving into joyful emotional regulation. Often, calm meditation or trying to keep still does not work for the ADHD brain. We can however, use that energy to regulate our emotions and relax in our own way. This session is hosted by Frankie from Frankie Counselling, a therapist working with neurodivergent clients who also has her own lived experience of ADHD. This session will bring together chaos and comfort with some tried and tested simple techniques (joyful breathing exercises and journalling in an ADHD friendly way, creative games) and community connection. Refreshments provided.
