Taught by Anne Berman
Create beautiful Japanese-style moss plantings called Kokedamas with ferns. This distinctive planting style is comprised of a plant surrounded by a soil mixture, wrapped in lush green moss and then secured with twine. In this workshop, you will create three fern Kokedamas, perfect for hanging in a window or displaying on a table in a dish or tray. Workshop is limited to 7 participants.
About The Host: Bowood Farms is a carefully curated home & garden shop nestled in a bright and airy, renovated 1920’s industrial building turned greenhouse. The 4th generation family farm, located in Clarksville, Missouri, cultivates the majority of the plants in the shop. Thoughtful gifts and inspired home decor are hand selected to compliment the natural aesthetic and eclectic vibe of the store.
Join us in our attached Cafe Osage for a fresh farm to table dining experience and seasonal cocktails or in The Studio where we host a number of classes and workshops each week.
