CANTINE IL CONVENTINO The first certified Organic Winery in Montelpuciano. Conceived and established in the 1970s by Alfio Carpini and later acquired by the Brini family in 2003, the agricultural estate Il Conventino has been producing organic wines for over 30 years from the vineyards of enchanting Montepulciano in Tuscany. The estate has always maintained harmony between humankind and the land. Il Conventino creates products that fully reflect the uniqueness of the terroir and the characteristics of each individual vintage, drawing inspiration from tradition and the purity of the fruit. A fresh and fruity glass of wine, with its captivating purity, transports us to the Tuscan hills, where Sangiovese reigns supreme. The foundational idea of the company has always been to appreciate the complexity and rhythm of nature, celebrating biodiversity. For this reason, today, they can proudly say that they have been working organically for over 30 years. Organic farming is very simple in its natural essence and fascinating in its beauty, but it is not always an easy choice. Cultivating in a more natural way means focusing on prevention rather than cure.
