3RD ANNUAL HALLOWEEN SPOOKTACULAR

Come out and enjoy the fun. Last year's Halloween Spooktacular was a huge success...over 70 golf carts in the parade and over 225 people at the party. Please pay attention to the parking rules.

Rules for the parade:

Arrive at 12:30 pm for judging and staging.
After you are judged, you will be directed where to line up. Please stay in your spot until the parade starts at 2:30pm. We will be giving out water. Please be patient, we will begin the parade promptly at 2:30pm. We will leave the pool area, parade through neighborhoods and then head to Brownwood. We will go around Brownwood Square twice...please stay with the parade. After Brownwood, we will head to the party at 2120 Landrea Loop, Village of St Johns. The party is from 4-7pm. There will be a band and 2 food trucks.

1. THE BAND IS ONLY PLAYING FOR TIPS. Please show your support and thanks by tipping them generously.

2. Please remember to bring your chair, beverages and tips for the band.

PARKING RULES FOR THE PARTY

1. All vehicles including golfcarts, must be parallel parked. No nose parking allowed.

2. Parking should be one side of the roadway.

3. Please do not block people's driveway and/or park on lawns.

4. There must be easy access for our first responders should they need to drive down the street. If we do not comply with these rules, Community Watch & the Police Department will shut down the party!
