Me + Mini Me Series

This toddler and parent yoga class is a fun, interactive session designed to strengthen the bond between parent and child while promoting flexibility, balance, and relaxation. We will engage in simple, playful yoga poses, songs, and movement activities. It’s a joyful and supportive environment for both parents and toddlers to connect, move, and grow together. Class is designed for children between walking age and 3 years old.
