- **Event Description**: On March 7th, Arc'teryx is bringing a few corners of the Squamish run community together for something special.  Fili Space, Time, Place and Pace, and RunUphill are teaming up to launch the new Sylan 2 the right way: by running in it.

Arc’teryx is calling this launch Wind At Your Back. We’re taking that literally.

We’ll meet at Fili Space at 9:30 AM, get everyone into demo pairs, then roll at 10 AM toward Alice Lake for 60–80 minutes on flowy, runnable singletrack. Nothing overly technical. Terrain that lets you open your stride and see what the shoe does when you’re not fighting the trail. If there’s a place to feel a tailwind, it’s out there. 

After the run, Arc'teryx is inviting us back to Fili Space for smoothies, cookies, and coffee. Hang out, debrief the shoe, talk spring race plans, or soak in a Saturday morning well spent.

A note on who this is for. You don't need to be fast. You don't need to be a gear person. If you're curious about the shoe, want to meet some new faces, or just need a reason to get out the door on a March morning, this is yours. All abilities, all paces welcome.
