Unweaving the Yoga Sutras is a contemplative workshop grounded in the teachings of Patanjali’s Yoga Sūtras, exploring how the wisdom of yoga is meant to be lived, not merely practiced.

Through study of the Astanga (Eightfold) Path, with particular attention to the Yamas and Niyamas, we will inquire into yoga as a way of being in relationship with ourselves, others, and the world. Participants will be guided to translate these foundational ethical observances into lived practice, leaving with practical tools and clear frameworks for cultivating discernment, integrity, and a more purposeful, aligned life rooted in the yogic tradition.

The workshop includes exploration of the life and lineage of Patañjali, the philosophical roots of the Yoga Sutras, and deep inquiry into the Yamas and Niyamas through discussion, storytelling, and chanting.

About Crystal

Raised by Yogis & trained in India, Crystal is dedicated to her roots. Both in teaching, and her own practice, she focuses on the old traditions & practices of yoga while bringing an incredible, modern personality to any studio space.

She currently holds yoga retreats around the world, and teaches teachers how to evolve to their souls purpose in 200hr & 300hr Yoga teacher trainings.
