Three Coaches. One Vision. A Deeper Way to Connect.

We have designed an immersive, three-and-a-half-hour in-person experience taking place on Saturday, November 22nd, at House of Lager in Squamish, BC. Which includes a complimentary follow-up 1 hour coaching call.

This workshop is the result of three experienced coaching professionals coming together with a shared commitment to helping people cultivate stronger, healthier, and more fulfilling relationships. Each of us brings a unique lens — from emotional embodiment and relationship dynamics to communication frameworks and nervous system awareness. Together, our collective experience creates a safe, experiential space for growth, reflection, and transformation.

This workshop will help you understand and strengthen the emotional and behavioral foundations of connection. Through experiential exercises, reflective dialogue, and simple, evidence-based tools, you'll learn to navigate emotions with awareness and foster more meaningful relationships — with yourself and others.

Whether you attend individually or with a partner, you’ll explore practical ways to build presence, curiosity, and empathy into everyday interactions. Together, we’ll examine how disconnection arises, uncover recurring patterns, and practice strategies for repairing and reconnecting through mindful communication.

Our goal is to help you build relationships grounded in trust, emotional safety, authenticity, and mutual accountability.

Participants will leave with:

· 1 - 60 minute follow-up individual coaching call (within 45 days of the workshop).

· A clear understanding of emotional signals and patterns — how emotions shape connection, communication, and closeness in everyday life.

· Practical “connection hacks” — simple, repeatable tools and micro-habits to bring more presence, empathy, and warmth into daily interactions.

· A personalized connection plan — small, intentional practices to strengthen relationships and sustain meaningful growth over time.
