You’re invited to this unique 90-minute sound bath to slow down, rest, and receive healing vibrations while immersing into a soundscape of Gongs, Crystal Singing Bowls, Tibetan Singing Bowls, Ocean Drum, Harmonium with Vocal Overtoning, and more.

Using the full spectrum of sound and vibration, the brainwaves slow down to cause an involuntary state of deep meditation, which allows the nervous system to reset & the body to go through several self-healing processes ...

Venue: Breathe Fitness Studio, Squamish

Parking: Breathe Fitness is located in the North-West corner of the parking lot next door to Tuba Cafe and Saha Eatery with free parking outside the studio in the RBC complex.

BRING:

- Dress in comfortable layers

- We will provide you with a yoga mat and bolster. Feel free to bring anything else you need to feel comfortable laying down for up to 90 minutes (head pillow, blanket, and eye covers recommended)

ABOUT YOUR HOST:

Mike Reed is a musician and sound healing practitioner, and the creator of Sound Quest and Sound Quest Academy.

With a background in drumming and percussion, Mike studied at the Musician’s Institute in Los Angeles and performed in various musical projects before turning his focus toward healing and personal development. Over the past several years, he has studied counseling, life coaching, somatic awareness, and completed a shamanic apprenticeship.

Mike has now facilitated sound healing experiences for thousands of people locally and internationally. His work integrates musicianship, presence, and nervous system awareness to create grounded, restorative environments that support relaxation, reflection, and reconnection.

Each Sound Quest experience is held with intention, professionalism, and care.
