Our voice connects our inner experience to the outer world. But being witnessed as our authentic selves feels scary for so many of us, for good reason; our hearts are on the line, and it can feel vulnerable to show it to others. That's why learning to use our voice is a profoundly courageous practice!
In this event series, we will explore various exercises to get acquainted with our voices and get used to being heard. We will have opportunities to sing familiar songs and create unique soundscapes together. This practice goes much deeper than making you a better singer, though; it will help you in every day life to feel more confident, to advocate for yourself, and to express your creativity.
Doing this together will teach us all how to listen, share, and attune in social spaces, effectively growing our capacity to navigate our lives and relationships. We are training to be comfortable in our freedom of expression to lead more inspired lives!

About Benoit
For much of my life, I felt that my opinion didn't matter and that others were more important than me. I was convinced that I had nothing valuable to share with the world and deemed myself non-creative. I hid my authenticity, even after I discovered that I loved to sing.
I have developed my self-expression over the years without recognizing that this was a true passion that I would be sharing with the world... Until now!
I have been working with children as a teacher and with adults as a counsellor, helping them get in touch with and communicate their needs, desires and dreams. I truly believe that each person has something important to contribute, and I want to empower as many as possible to trust themselves and learn how to share their gifts with the world.
