This 2-day Gym to Crag course will help gym climbers transition to top rope climbing outdoors. Participants will learn crag safety and etiquette, reading guidebook/topo, anchor building on two bolts, accessing anchors from above to set up top rope, anchor cleaning, and gear education.

Prerequisite: Top rope certified at a climbing gym. Some outdoor experience is helpful.

This is open to women and gender-diverse individuals age 45+ from all ethnic and racial backgrounds.

Group gear will be provided

Application is open until July 4, 2026
