What You’ll Learn & Experience
The program combines Accelerated Learning with Experiential Education, meaning you don’t just learn coaching — you practise it, receive feedback, and integrate it.
You’ll be trained across coaching, counselling-informed frameworks, psychology, and NLP-based methodologies, while developing a strong personal foundation.
You will:
• Coach others
• Be coached
• Receive Mentor Coaching
• Complete structured homework and integration tasks
• Develop a practical coaching skillset you can use immediately
Program Structure
• 6 Modules, delivered face to face in Brisbane
• Each Module is two consecutive in-person days
• Delivered part-time over approximately 7 months
Level 1: Life Mastery & Personal Coaching (Modules 1–3)
Level 2: Professional Coaching Certification (Modules 1–6)
Full attendance is required to meet certification criteria.
Certification & Accreditation
Graduates who complete all requirements are recognised as Certified Real Life Coaches.
Level 2 graduates may also apply for AIRLC Accreditation (Australian Institute of Real Life Coaches), an independent professional body recognised by IICT.
