Step into a fairytale at our enchanting “Once Upon A Time” Masquerade Ball — a magical end-of-year celebration created especially for young women. This event provides a safe and empowering space for participants to celebrate their achievements, connect with peers, and close out the year with elegance and joy.

Event Details:

• Date: Saturday, December 13th
• Time: 6:00 PM – 9:00 PM (Please arrive on time so you don’t miss a moment of the magic!)
• Location: IWA Australia – 11 Watland Street, Springwood QLD 4127
• Cost: Free (Registration required)
• Note: This is a drug- and alcohol-free event.

Program Highlights:

• Celebration & Connection: A night dedicated to recognising the achievements of young women in our community while fostering connection and sisterhood.
• Themed Dress Code: Guests are encouraged to dress to impress and embody their inner fairytale character in either formal or cultural attire.
• Cuisine: Enjoy a delicious spread of halal African and Middle Eastern food, with options available for those with additional dietary requirements.
• Photo Booth: Capture the memories in our enchanted photo booth—a perfect opportunity to celebrate your style and creativity.

Transport & Parking:
If you’re planning to drive, there is street parking available near the venue. If you need assistance getting to the location, a shuttle service will be provided from the Ethni office to the venue and back. Participants are responsible for arranging their own transport to and from the Ethni office.

Masquerade Workshop: In the lead-up to the event, participants will have the chance to attend a mask-making workshop, designing their own unique masquerade masks to wear on the night.
