Classes are non-refundable since slots are limited. If we need to cancel due to weather, we will have a make up date and make sure you are offered the practice you paid for! 


Canadice Lake is a sacred lake I am thankful to share with you all. SUP Yoga is a slow flow yoga sequence on a paddle board. Balance is tested and presence demanded, but the practice is is always playful yet peaceful. 

 
Canadice Lake is a water reservoir for the City of Rochester. Swimming is not permitted.
