Together we'll practice movements and meditations that will help you feel well in your body, mind, heart and spirit. No Yoga experience necessary. Feel free to bring your own mat or use one of the mats provided.✨ The WeldingDownstairs in Stacey’s red barn studio, you’ll dive into the fundamentals of MIG welding, metal bending, and essential shop tools. Each participant will create a sunburst candle holder to take home. Women’s Welding Workshops are designed to empower and connect—expect sparks, steel dust, and plenty of laughs. (Pro tip: don’t wear your ball gown!) Safety gear is provided.✨ How It WorksParticipants will split into two groups. One group will begin with yoga, the other with welding.
