-Yoga mat

-Water bottle(Light refreshments provided)

-Eye mask (One will be provided if needed)

-Something special for the community altar

Your altar item can be as simple as a stone from your pocket or a handwritten word on paper.
It doesn’t need to be fancy, expensive, or perfect.
It just needs to feel meaningful to you.

And yes — you’ll take your item home with you at the end unless you choose to leave it.

? Cacao Heart-Opening Ceremony
Ceremonial-grade cacao is used to gently open the heart, deepen emotional presence, and create softness before entering deeper practices. It helps ground the body and invite clarity, warmth, and connection.

? Conscious Connected Breathwork
A guided rhythmic breathing technique that helps release stored tension, emotional residue, and patterns held within the body. This practice supports emotional clarity, energetic flow, and deep healing in a safe, supported space.

? Sound Bath Experience
Crystal sound bowls and soothing frequencies are played during and after breathwork to guide the body into deep rest. This helps calm the nervous system, relax the mind, and anchor the emotional work you’ll be doing.

? Bearing Witness Exercise
Inspired by the work of Stephen Levine, this evidence-based practice teaches you to meet your own feelings—or another’s—with presence instead of pressure. It reduces feelings of isolation and creates space for compassion, release, and understanding.

?️ Tonglen-Style Meditation
A compassion-centered meditation inspired by teachings of Pema Chödrön. You’ll be guided to breathe in heaviness and breathe out relief, peace, and light—not absorbing pain, but transforming energy and reconnecting with inner spaciousness.
