This is a somatic practice — meaning there’s no need to analyze or relive anything. Your body leads, releasing only what it’s ready to release. ? Sound Bowl Journey Crystal sound bowls and soothing frequencies help calm the nervous system and support deep rest and integration. Sound allows the breathwork to settle and creates a sense of safety, grounding, and inner spaciousness. ? Integration & Reflection Following the active practices, we create space for gentle grounding and reflection. This time supports nervous-system regulation and allows what has shifted to land — without pressure to share, speak, or make meaning. ?
