Rooted in Her is a sacred pause for women to soften, release, and hear themselves again.

This evening is an invitation to set down the pressure, the roles, and the constant “doing” — and come home to your body, your breath, and your inner voice. We’ll honor the women who came before us, the woman we are today, and the woman we are becoming through grounded, heart-centered practices in a supportive community space.

This experience is gentle, embodied, and deeply nourishing — no fixing, forcing, or performing required. Come exactly as you are.
