This 90-minute gathering blends meditation, sound, and hands-on ritual to support both emotional release and grounded growth.

We’ll begin with ceremonial-grade cacao, a heart-opening plant traditionally used to support presence, clarity, and connection.

From there, you’ll be guided through a grounding meditation and immersive sound bath, using layered vibrational instruments to help regulate the nervous system and create space within.

To close, we’ll move into our “Planting Peace” propagation ritual.

Each participant will plant a living propagation.. a plant that has already lived and rooted, now entering a new phase of growth.

This serves as a reflection of your own journey:
you are not starting over… you are growing forward.

A second guided meditation will support you in anchoring your intentions as you plant.
