Advanced International Culinary Arts Camp (Ages 12–17)

This is not your typical cooking camp.



This is a high-level, immersive culinary experience designed for teens who are ready to move beyond basic recipes and cook real, restaurant-style food using professional techniques and premium ingredients from around the world.



Over three intensive days, students will work in a true kitchen environment preparing complex, from-scratch international dishes. They’ll learn knife precision, sauce building, dough work, frying, plating, and how to time multiple components — the same skills used in professional kitchens.
