Wintertime Canning with Jen Welton

In this workshop, longtime family canner Jen Welton will guide participants through the processes of water bath and pressure cooker canning. If you've been interested in this sustainable practice for you and your family but haven't had the confidence that you could do it safely, this is the class for you!

Participants will have the opportunity to taste some canned goods, leave with a jar of veggies from the pressure cooker and have the information and resources to safely continue at home.

Snacks + Drinks provided

This class is for adults and hosted at the Wild Arts Learning Center in Springfield, MO. For locals: just out east Sunshine, around the bend from Turner's Station off J.
