The Voice of Democracy theme for 2025-26 asks high school students to reflect on “How Are You Showing Patriotism and Support for Our Country?” The audio-essay competition is open to all students in grades 9-12, with the national top prize being a $35,000 scholarship award. Entry form, written transcript and audio entries (jump drives can be returned) may be dropped off at the post by the deadline above. More information online at https://www.vfw.org/VOD
