Join Kim in a guided group pelvic floor therapy workshop where you will learn to use mindfulness, stretching, & breathing to decrease pelvic floor tension, improve hip mobility, and enhance & optimize your sexual and physical health and pleasure!

Class is free to sign up for, and will be pay-what-you-can (no one turned away for lack of funds) with proceeds going mutual aid, and anti-ICE organizations.

Cancellation Policy: Funds for booked classes are used by the teachers and studio/shop to purchase tools and materials for each participant. For this reason, and to pay our instructors fairly and predictably, we cannot offer refunds for cancelled class reservations.
