Come learn from MSU geology professor (and as it happens, total beer geek (and as it happens, world champion duathlete/SBC Athletics' Hall of Famer)) Toby Dogwiler, and SBC's Head of Production, Brian Allen - who will together present their theories on the Geology/Geography of Beer - and how geology (and the resulting local water types) played a role in the development of certain beers in certain parts of the world.
