MENUS: 

•Best Day Ever BakeShop:
-”Mashed Potato” Cupcake: choice of chocolate or vanilla cupcake topped with “mashed potatoes” (vanilla buttercream) with caramel “gravy” and marshmallow fondant “butter”
-Sweet potato cheesecake bar topped with whipped cream & caramel 
-loaded ice cream sundae: your choice of ice cream loaded up with all the toppings of your choosing! 

•Lewis Street Food Co:
- loaded waffle fries (cheese sauce, sour cream, bacon, & chives OR buttermilk ranch, bacon, & green onions)
-Spud Corndog: layers of all beef hotdog, tater tots, & cheddar cheese - corn bread battered & deep fried
-Loaded Spud Stick: layers of roasted baby potato & cheddar cheese on a stick, corn battered & deep fried. Then topped with sour cream, bacon, & chives 
•Loaded Fried Sweet Potato Bread: fried potato buns coated in brown sugar cinnamon mix & topped with sweet potato, toasted marshmallows, and candied pecans 

•Elevated Appetites: 
- Loaded  horseshoe: Seasoned Fries topped with your choice of their famous Jerk Chicken filling, Philly Chicken, or Cheeseburger filling then topped with 
Homemade cheese sauce ! Their "Kapaow" Sauce is also available to add for those craving  a little sweet and spicy kick

•Oakview BBQ: 
- (on special) Chicken Bacon Ranch Loaded Baked Potato
- Loaded baked potato with your choice of smoked pulled chicken, pulled pork, or chopped brisket with the addition of your choice of toppings including butter, sour cream, cheese sauce, baked beans, bbq sauce, pickled onions, & candied jalapeños 

•El Dorado: 
-Birria Loaded Spud:  shredded beef Birria, shredded cheese, cilantro, onions drizzled with savory consomé all on a baked potato. 
-Papa Caliente:  your choice of protein or fire roasted corn, queso sauce, caramelized onions and guacamole all piled on a baked potato 
-Pambazo:  French bread dipped in guajillo chili sauce lightly fried and stuffed with potatoes and chorizo filling, lettuce, sour cream and queso fresco 
-Crunchy Chori-Spud Taco:  hard shell taco filled with potatoes and chorizo topped with lettuce, sour cream & queso fresco 
-Spud Bowl:  potatoes sautéed with zucchini, corn, onions tomatoes served with black beans, lettuce, queso fresco and sour cream 
-Street corn fries:  French fries, elote, queso sauce, chipotle aioli, cotija cheese, tajin and lime.
-Sweet Potato Fries topped with your choice of honey drizzle or HOT honey drizzle
