We are excited that our Summer Yoga Series is just around the corner! Kicking off on July 8th and running through July 29th, this pop-up series is specially designed for moms and their families, providing a unique opportunity to connect, relax, and rejuvenate.
Here’s a sneak peek at what we’ll be offering:
**1. Postpartum Yoga** - Reclaim your strength and bond with your little one in our gentle movements class. Focused on nurturing your recovery, this class will help you embrace the beautiful journey of motherhood. **Tuesdays 12:00 PM - 1:00 PM**
**2. Prenatal Yoga** - This class is all about you and your baby! Tailored for expectant mothers, indulge in relaxation techniques and strengthen your body in preparation for childbirth. It’s a sacred space to connect and celebrate this miraculous transformation. **Tuesdays 2:00 PM - 3:00 PM**
**3. Couples Labor Preparation and Relaxation Yoga** - Partners, this is your chance to learn together! Explore comfort techniques and relaxation strategies that will equip you both for labor. Strengthen your bond and prepare yourselves for the incredible journey ahead. **Tuesdays 5:30 PM - 6:30 PM**
**Join us for just $10 per session, but act fast!** Seating is limited, and you won’t want to miss out on this enriching experience for you and your family!
