Our outdoor fitness sessions are designed to challenge and help you achieve your fitness goal what whatever it may be. Each session will work to improve your strength, endurance and overall physical fitness level while burning lots of calories and toning.
The 12 week program includes four outdoor sessions during the week (Mon,Wed,Thur,Sat):
>Circuits - focusing on group competition
Mobility and stretching is included at the end of each session!
Price: $30 per week (payments and attendance booking must be made two days prior to sessions)
*Please note that due to COVID Restrictions, we will only accept a maximum of 8 people per session.
