You’ll make classic Swedish meatballs with lingonberry and mashed potatoes, silky root vegetable soup (rotfruktssoppa), and house-cured gravlax served with quick pickles and mustard sauce on homemade Scandinavian seed bread. We’ll add a fresh and vibrant roasted beet and dill salad with horseradish crème fraîche, then end on a sweet note with spherical Danish aebleskiver—golden pancake bites that are as fun to make as they are to eat.
