Training covers lifesaving skills for choking, along with a workbook. Students will practice hands-on skill work using manikins and the course includes role playing, games and activities designed to help students handle everyday situations that could put children's safety at risk - including how to respond when severe weather occurs. There will be a mini-graduation ceremony from 2:30-3 p.m. at the end of the class.
