This space was created from a place of compassion and authenticity, a space where you can arrive exactly as you are and be met with acceptance. Breathwork is both gentle and powerful; it can soothe and restore, or challenge and transform. These Sunday risings invite you to show up with an open heart, bring what makes you comfortable, and explore the practice with presence and curiosity. No cost at all.
The community room is fully equipped with mats, bolsters, blankets, and chairs so you’ll have plenty of support. You’re welcome to use what’s provided or bring your own mat, pillow, or anything else that makes you feel at ease. If you join us in cozy clothes, pajamas, or something else entirely, this is a come-as-you-are space.
Each week we will alternate between two styles:
✨ Restorative Breathwork (Calm + Relaxing) Gentle techniques that invite stillness, ease, and nervous system regulation. This class is beginner-friendly and offers deep rest—a chance to reset before the week ahead.
🔥 Active Breathwork (Transformational)
A more challenging practice using conscious connected breathing to create an altered state of awareness. It may stir emotions, bring release, or expand your perspective. This class asks you to lean into the discipline of the breath, trusting the process as it unfolds.
At the heart of these gatherings is community, presence, and the reminder that you already carry everything you need within.
