Pop-Up Kundalini Yoga & Sound Immersion with Tonya Hockett

Join Essential Yoga Studio as we host Tonya Hockett for a powerful practice that combines movement, breathwork, meditation, and mantra to help you release stress, recharge your energy, and reconnect to your true self.

Kundalini Yoga combines pranayama (breathwork), movement, mantra (sound vibration), and meditation to shift & awaken energies within and around the body. Find your center as you are guided through breathwork, energy releasing postures, meditation, and sound to ground, rejuvenate and recharge your body and soul. Experience mindfulness, release built up tension, and raise your vibrations to reconnect with your limitless potential. This practice is open to all levels and experiences.

Tonya is a 200RYT, 200HR YTT Kundalini Yoga, Certified Expert Level Sound Healer, & Reiki Master Instructor.
