Pokemon Club

We're excited to announce that Westminster Presbyterian Church is going to be hosting a monthly Pokémon Club! The first meeting is going to be Sunday, 25 January from 12:30 - 2:00 PM in the Children's Library (2nd Floor). All kids are welcome, no experience required. The Pokémon Co. in collaboration with the American Library Association has provided all the cards and materials and prizes that we'll need!

For this first meeting we'll have two different activities going - a simplified version of the Pokémon TCG that younger kids can play (accessible to any kids who are able to read numbers) and a "Learn to Play" activity for older kids to learn the full Pokémon TCG. There will be small prizes that each kid will get to go home with for participating. I'll have Pokémon coloring sheets available as well!

If kids want to bring their Nintendo Switch's and play Pokémon video games together, that would be great, too!
