There will be a rotating very small craft projects (usually something that helps channel rage!), sensory toys and fidgets, coloring books, & a community who understands it’s okay to not be okay. feel free to bring snacks for yourself or to share or your own journaling and coloring supplies!
Cost: free — Space is limited please register at the website to claim your spot! You can always email us and cancel your reservation to open it to someone else if you can’t come!
