According to Feeding America, 25,870 people in Sangamon County are facing food insecurity. Children, senior citizens and people with disabilities are the most at risk.

These are our neighbors, friends, family members, students and coworkers. With rising grocery bills, the holidays approaching and many families already facing economic distress, your donations bring immediate relief for local families.

Together, we can combat hunger in our community.

When: Tuesday, November 11 from 12:00 PM TO 5:00 PM
Where: 314 East Monroe in downtown Springfield, IL

Please bring a bag of non-perishable foods to the studio.
In exchange, receive a free professional headshot—our thank-you for caring for the community.

Suggested foods:
Canned proteins (tuna, chicken, beans)
Rice, pasta, quinoa, oats
Nut butters, shelf-stable milk, cereals
Canned fruits/vegetables, soups, sauces
(Please avoid glass if possible and check expiration dates.)

You may also donate gift cards to local grocery stores if that is more convenient.
