Grab your sewing machine and spend an amazing weekend with Knot Enuff Quilts & Fabric creating the beautiful All KY & TN Kaleidoscope Quilt designed by Jason Yenter from In The Beginning Fabrics being taught by special guest instructor Lu Ann Joswick of Pensacola, Florida! Enjoy all the fun of a quilting retreat while still getting to go home and sleep in your own bed each night. No packing suitcases, no hotel rooms—just two and half days of quilting, laughter, learning, and relaxation with fellow quilting enthusiasts! During this retreat you will received Expert instruction from Lu Ann Joswick. A welcoming, stress-free atmosphere that Knot Enuff Quilts & Fabric is known for. You will have plenty of sewing time and sewing space. New quilting techniques, along with some tips & tricks will be shared. Meals, you don't have to worry with any of that either. Your meals, refreshments and snacks will be provided. You will surely have fun, make new friendships and be INSPIRED! The Weekend Schedule will look like this..... Friday, August 21st, doors will open at 6:00PM This will be our Kick off/Social meet and greet with Lu Ann. Perfect time to Set up your sewing area, everyone will have their own space and power source. (You might want to bring a light.) The pattern and fabrics will be handed out, to allow you time to arrange your fabrics and get prepared for Saturday morning. A light dinner will be provided. We will close the doors at 9PM to end the night. Saturday, August 22nd the doors will open at 9:00AM Morning coffee/beverages and breakfast will be available. The day will start with full instruction for cutting and sewing. Be prepared for a Full day of quilting instruction and sewing. Lunch provided around noon Afternoon snacks and drinks Dinner provided around 6:00PM After dinner the we can will continue sewing and focus on any areas as needed to make sure you are confident in the process. We will close the doors at 9pm to end the night. Sunday, August 23rd the doors will open at 9:00AM Morning coffee/beverages and breakfast will be available. You will be able to continue working on your Kaleidoscope Quilt. Individual assistance and finishing techniques will be provided.
