There comes a moment on the Reiki path when the practice begins to move from something you do into something you live. Okuden is that threshold.

Level II invites you into the sacred inner teachings of Usui Reiki Ryoho. This is where your relationship with Reiki deepens and your awareness of energy becomes more subtle, spacious, and embodied.

In this class, Mandy Carter gently guides you into the energetic and spiritual tools that expand your capacity for distance healing, emotional and mental clearing, and grounded energetic presence.

Okuden means “inner teachings,” and in this class you will explore
• The meaning, vibration, and use of the three traditional Reiki symbols
• How to offer distant Reiki across time, space, and relationships
• Techniques to support emotional release and mental clarity
• Expanded Japanese Reiki practices including Reiji-ho and Gyoshi-ho
• Energetic hygiene tools for deeper practitioner development

This class is designed for those who have completed Shoden and feel ready to step further into the practice, not just as a technique, but as a living path of personal and spiritual growth.

Classes are available in person or via Zoom.
A Shoden Level I certification is required. Contact Mandy for more information.
