This slow, grounding class invites you to soften the body, quiet the mind, and release what no longer serves you—habits, stories, and lingering tension from the year behind.

Through long-held, supported postures, breath awareness, and a calm, reflective atmosphere, we’ll create space to receive clarity, intention, and a sense of ease as you cross the threshold into the New Year.

This practice is led by soon to be graduates of Radiant Bodhi Yoga School, Racheal and Tiffany!  Join us for an opportunity to land fully in the present moment and welcome what’s ready to meet you.
