We’re excited to have the one and only, Nic Long, a BMX Olympian and a Vet Pro for a hands-on workshop focused on what wins races… THE START. 🚦💥

This 3-hour session will focus on:
🔹 Sprint technique
🔹 Gate starts & body position
🔹 Timing work
🔹 Film review so riders can SEE exactly where to improve

This is an incredible opportunity for our local riders to learn directly from Nic Long and take their speed and confidence to the next level. Whether you’re chasing your first win or stacking podiums, this session is for you.
