New Years BURN BOWL & Yin Yoga

It’s back! Let’s burn off all the bad vibes from 2025 (worth a shot, right?! 🔥)

Join us for a grounding Yin Yoga class that begins with a meaningful Burn Bowl Ceremony focused on release and renewal. We’ll let go of what no longer serves us—stress, negativity, old stories—and make space for a lighter, brighter new year.

Please come with an intention (or two) in mind to burn in the bowl.
