Led by trained facilitators who have personal experience, this group offers a safe space to share your experiences, gain insight, and find support from others who truly understand. 

Whether you’re just starting to seek help or have been navigating this journey for years, you are welcome here.

💬 Cost: Free
👥 Who can attend: Open to all family members, caregivers, and close friends of people living with a mental health condition.
