Move & Release Pop-up with Crystal

Join Essential Yoga Studio as we host yoga instructor Crystal Trahan for a fun pop-up class that includes yoga, intuitive movement, and self-myofascial release utilizing a foam roller.

- The yoga practice will unite body, mind, and breath, promoting physical, mental, and emotional balance

- Intuitive movement will support listening to our bodies and moving authentically in response to our needs, fostering self-expression and personal growth

- Myofascial release relieves tension and improves mobility with simple, effective techniques and foam rollers

This class is suitable for all levels, is accessible and benefical for all bodies, from beginners to experienced practitioners.

Please dress comfortably; hot tea and water provided. Bring your own high-density foam roller, if possible.

$20 per person. Please book your spot in advance.
