We will cool down with a matcha and greens smoothie tasting. 

After your sauna + smoothie tasting, melt those muscles just a bit more with your choice of a mini gua sha or cupping therapy session. You may also choose therapeutic crystal ear seeds, which help "power down" your stressed-out nervous system. Dr. Christine Grisham, DACM, acupuncturist and herbalist, will provide these relaxing and healing services.

Spots are limited. Call or text Peace, Love and Sweat at 217-670-2452. We will send you an invoice and you can pay with your card. If you'd like to pay with cash you can stop in the studio. If your invoice isn't paid in 24 hours you will lose your spot. There are limited spots. So do not wait! =)
