     Doors open at 6:30 for this alcohol free, one of a kind concert. 

      Little Jones is a beloved five-piece "hillbilly" and Americana roots band based in Springfield, Missouri. Formed by alumni of the renowned Ozarks group Big Smith—including Jody Bilyeu, Jay Williamson, and Bill Thomas—along with Brandon Moore and Molly Healey, they preserve the traditional acoustic sound and storytelling of the region. 

     During this Crankie Fest kick off event, several Crankies will be presented. “What’s a Crankie?” You may ask? A Crankie is a moving panoramic storytelling machine! Art is created on a scroll of material, loaded in a box where the stories are cranked along. Many Crankies have puppets and elaborate theatrical elements and live musical accompaniments.
