The goal of a yoga challenge is to create a new habit for yourself and, over time, see the positive physical and mental change a daily yoga practice can do for you.
We suggest you use this challenge to explore all styles of yoga, from Yoga Sculpt classes to Yin and Meditation classes. Allow your body to determine what it needs and when it needs it. Even a 10-minute home practice or meditation on your days off from the studio counts as a yoga practice!

1. Buy our $128 Unlimited 30-day Challenge Class Pass! This includes any of our drop-in classes. (You do NOT need to purchase this pass if you already have unlimited:)

Come to 23 classes in 30 days (in the studio or via live stream). We will track your classes and have a stickerboard at the studio!
*Workshops, Beginning/Intro Classes, and Special Events (ie: yoga and wine) DO count towards your 23 classes at the studio, but they are NOT included in the price of the 30-day challenge class pass.
